Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of Patient Access experience.
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Training development/infrastructure and adult learning education.
- Experience with EPIC, Salesforce, e-Learning, LMS.
- Maintains cooperative working relationships with staff members; a good team player, detail oriented and organized, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to take and provide direction.
