Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in a similar level restaurant, hotel or club.
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Culinary degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred certifications/licenses:
- Certificate of completion of a CC from the ACF.
- Driver's License.
- Current ServSafe Food Safety Certificate.
