Chief of Hematopathology - Physician
The Department of Pathology at City of Hope is seeking an experienced, board-certified hematopathologist at the level of Professor for the position of Chief of the Division of Hematopathology. A minimum of 10 years of academic experience with demonstrated research productivity and 3 years of administrative experience are required.
This position is a full-time faculty position on the clinical track that includes clinical service, research, and training and education of fellows along with administrative responsibilities as leader of the Division. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and scholarly accomplishments. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree or equivalent, hold or be eligible to obtain a California medical license, and have board certification from the American Board of Pathology or equivalent. Subspecialty expertise in leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma pathology and molecular pathology of hematopoietic malignancies is preferred
