Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Graduate of ACPE-accredited Pharmacy School or School with ACPE accreditation pending. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Current CA Pharmacist License.
- CPR certification or receive one within 3 months of hire date.
Preferred education, experience and skills:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Oncology experience
- Experience in sterile compounding setting, including hazardous agents (chemo/immunotherapy)
- Experience with EPIC (Willow, Beacon)
Preferred Certification/Licensure:
- Board Certification in Oncology and/or Pharmacotherapy
Additional Information:
- Per diem, day shift
- Minimum availability requirement, 1 day per week (Monday - Friday)
- As a condition of employment, City of Hope requires staff to comply with all state and federal vaccination mandates.
- Per Diem Rate: $86.74000/hr
