Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Graduate of ACPE-accredited Pharmacy School
- Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY 1) and Specialty Residency (PGY2), or
- At least 5 years of Equivalent experience as a clinical pharmacist in a desired area of specialty may substitute for the required residency, or
- A PGY1 residency plus three years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a desired area of specialty may substitute for the required PGY2 residency.
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Current California Pharmacist License or to obtain license within 90 days of job entry.
- BLS – American Heart Association or obtain within 3 months of hire date.
- Board Certification in the area of specialty (if applicable) is required or must be obtained within 3 years of employment
Preferred education, experience and skills:
- Pharm D preferred
- Previous experience as a clinical pharmacist in the specified area for at least 5 years

- Full-time, day shift
