Clinical Research Administrator
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of five years of experience in an academic or research environment.
- Supervisory experience required
- Must have shown ability to work effectively with numerous Principal Investigators.
- A high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent human relations skills. Able to function as a member of a cohesive management team
- Sensitivity to multicultural relations
- Proficiency in database design and creation-20 in MS Access/MS Excel
- Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Communicate technical information in a clear, concise manner
- Monitor and train other employees
- Master content across all clinical research areas
- Familiarity with Statistics
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
Preferred Certification/Licensure:
- SOCRA certification
