Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- High School or equivalent. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
- Customer Service in a Call/Contact Center
Preferred education experience and skills:
- One year medical office clerical experience or hospital/healthcare call center
- Medical terminology
Additional Information:
- As a condition of employment, City of Hope requires staff to comply with all state and federal vaccination mandates.
- This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement
- Graveyard hrs: 10pm - 6:30am and this would Include working on weekends
