Pediatrics is one of City of Hope’s key philanthropic drivers and maintains a substantial academic portfolio of over $12 million.

The ideal candidate will be a boarded pediatric hematology/oncology physician with strong leadership qualities and experience in managing an academic and clinical department. We are seeking an individual who can drive research and clinical program development, quality, financial, budgetary, compliance, and regulatory efficiencies throughout the department.  S/he should also have a working understanding of EHR systems (EPIC preferred), revenue cycle, program development, and financial management. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician with a collaborative management style, who is interested in leading a diverse academic and clinical department focused on providing the highest quality services to patients.
