Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
  • Must have at least 2 years of digital, social media, or content marketing experience.

Preferred education experience and skills:

  • Preferred degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or Content Marketing. Demonstrated marketing campaign tracking and reporting experience.
  • Experience with content management and analytics software (HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Writing experience, a plus. HubSpot and/or Google Analytics certifications preferred.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Must work well with people in different departments and at different levels.

  • Experience building website pages, landing pages, and making minor edits in website code without support from a developer.
  • Experience tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including implementing tools (e.g., UTM codes) to track at a granular level.
  • Executes paid ads on LinkedIn, including audience building, and reporting on ROAS to identify success and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to review digital content and make recommendations to ensure alignment with current SEO best-practices.
  • Follows online and email marketing best practices and other functions related to digital marketing and communications.
  • Ability to create copy for social media, blog posts, landing pages, and emails aligned to digital best practices and brand standards.
  • Experience using social and or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to plan and schedule social media posts.
  • Experience or willingness to learn platforms like Canva or Photoshop to support graphic design for social media as needed.
  • High level of attention to detail; high desire to meet the objectives and needs of internal clients and stakeholders; high desire to develop engaging online digital content and experiences.
  • Able to gather information and objectives and formulate into marketing action plans.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Microsoft (MS) Office365, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), MS TEAMs, PeopleSoft, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Amazon Connect; Analytics software such as Google Analytics; Content Management Systems such as HubSpot; Social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, HootSuite or similar; Microsoft applications; Canva; Adobe Creative Suite; Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Personal Computer and Peripherals, Mobile Devices, Phone and Voicemail System
