Director, Enterprise Security

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Master’s Degree and Seven (7) years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience plus 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity

• Twelve (12) years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience plus 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity

• Ability to develop long-range business plans
• Ability to establish the strategic direction and business plans for a functional group
• Knowledge and principals and practices of LEAN
• Ability to manage complex projects and resources (people, cost, time)
• Ability to mediate and resolve complete problems and issues
• Ability to provide leadership and influence others
• Ability to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines and standards
• Ability to strategize, plan and implement change
• Ability to work effectively both as a team player and a leader
• Knowledge of parking service policies, procedures and operational facilities
• Knowledge of police/law enforcement
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, administration, fiscal and personnel management

Required Certification/Licensure:

• LEAN, Six Sigma or similar training program

Preferred education experience and skills:

• California Driver’s License (CDL)
• Master’s Degree in related field
