Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Master’s Degree and Seven (7) years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience plus 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity

- Twelve (12) years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience plus 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Ability to develop long-range business plans
- Ability to establish the strategic direction and business plans for a functional group
- Knowledge and principals and practices of LEAN
- Ability to manage complex projects and resources (people, cost, time)
- Ability to mediate and resolve complete problems and issues
- Ability to provide leadership and influence others
- Ability to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines and standards
- Ability to strategize, plan and implement change
- Ability to work effectively both as a team player and a leader
- Knowledge of parking service policies, procedures and operational facilities
- Knowledge of police/law enforcement
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, administration, fiscal and personnel management
Required Certification/Licensure:
- LEAN, Six Sigma or similar training program
Preferred education experience and skills:
- California Driver’s License (CDL)
- Master’s Degree in related field
