Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, or related field to Facilities Management
  • Minimum 10 years of managing asset life-cycle and maintenance in institution of comparable size and complexity plus 5 years of experience in leadership Must have proven ability to manage large programs and be efficient with decision making processes, have strong budgetary skills, and work well with many internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Must have experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience mentoring and developing a team and fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

Basic education, experience and skills preferred for consideration

  • MS or MBA Desired

Preferred Certification/Licensure:

  • CHFM

Preferred Certification/Licensure:

  • LEAN, Six Sigma
