Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance, analysis/statistics, organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or education.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion position, preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
- Must have at least 3 years of data and analytics experience
- Proven success with employee communications and change management. Advanced analytical skills. Mastery of modern communications tools: social/digital media. Understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences Track record of success navigating in a complex, matrix organization.
- Must have a deep passion for the DE&I space and working relationships with external agencies or community groups across the U.S.
- Proven experience in DE&I models, strategies, and communications
- Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Effective facilitator in various settings
- Strong strategic leadership abilities
- Exhibit a cooperative and team-oriented attitude
- Tact in diplomacy and negotiations
- Effective cultivation of relationships

- Strong Project Management skillset; ability to demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder development skills
