Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public health, healthcare administration, healthcare science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in a Healthcare Patient Experience or Hospitality Leadership position.
  • Demonstrated program development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating performance management systems.
Preferred Education:
  • Master’s Degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business administration.
