Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of related experience in a medical office/ambulatory setting, preferably managing multiple locations plus 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
Experience to include working in a medical/hospital setting with physicians and high-level executives for strategic planning, operations and problem solving.
Experience with complex project management functions.
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH).
- Oncology / cancer center operations.
- Large Health System or Matrixed Health System.
Performance Improvement, Project Management, Budget/Financial Planning & Management
Service line development, business development, hospital operations, customer experience management.
