Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a medical office/ambulatory setting, preferably managing multiple locations plus 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity. 

  • Experience to include working in a medical/hospital setting with physicians and high-level executives for strategic planning, operations and problem solving.

  • Experience with complex project management functions.

Preferred education experience and skills:    

  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH).
  • Oncology / cancer center operations.
  • Large Health System or Matrixed Health System.
  • Performance Improvement, Project Management, Budget/Financial Planning & Management

  • Service line development, business development, hospital operations, customer experience management.
