Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.

10+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruiting.

5+ years team management, leadership and development experience.
-
3+ years of experience in technology and /or creative recruiting.

Strong understanding of job market and hiring trends, early indicators of change, and strategies to adapt quickly to a changing hiring environment.

Strong technical skills and people skills.

Familiar with multiple candidate-sourcing websites.

Flexible person who is willing to look at candidates with unconventional backgrounds.
Preferred education, experience and skills:
-
Master’s degree.

Experience with highly regulated industry.

Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure for rapidly growing organizations, including process, strategy, metrics and systems.

Expertise in implementing seamless national recruiting, contingent workforce and planning and mobility programs.

Previous responsibility for diversity recruitment efforts and workforce planning.
