Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or education.
- Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a professional setting position (may include internship experience), preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
Preferred education, experience and skills:
- Master’s degree
- DDI certification
- Achieve Global Certification
- Five years + experience in an Diversity and Inclusion position (may include internship experience), preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
- Human Resources Development, Organization Development or Industrial and/or Organizational Psychology
