Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelors in similar field (preferably healthcare administration, Risk Management, Law Enforcement, business or public health)
- 5 + years’ experience in running investigation and risk management
Preferred Education:
- Masters in similar field (preferably healthcare administration, Risk Management, Law Enforcement, business or public health)
Pref. Certification/Licensure:
- RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional
- Professional Certified Investigator (PCI)
- LEAN or Six Sigma Black Belt
Preferred Experience:
- Superior investigation skill, Risk Management, project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated effective experience in working and partnering with executives and key SVP/VP and project stakeholders
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, within budget, quality and desired outcomes/metrics.
- Proven experience creating and delivering clear/concise communications, and an ability to speak and document in a summarized fashion.
- Past consulting background is recommended and viewed as an important success criteria
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Superior project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Employs tact and discretion and is motivated, self-directed, confident and a self-starter.
