Required Certification/Licensure:
- Current CA driver's license and a good driving record. Trade certification preferred.
- Master level skills preferred. Certification or demonstrated proficiency in 3 or more trades. At least one trade must include HVAC, electrical, autoclave, plumbing, locksmith, advanced carpentry, advanced painting. Other eligible trades include carpentry, painting, Maintenance Repair Rounds (MR.R) or automotive mechanics.
