Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
- Equivalent experience may substitute.
Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) working as a project manager or similar facilities role in a research and / or healthcare environment.
In-depth knowledge of architectural or engineering design and trades.
Knowledge in California healthcare construction and of JCAHO, ADA, and OSHPD standards.
Basic knowledge of contract and procurement procedures.
Knowledge and experience with varying project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build and Integrated Project Delivery).

Required Certification/Licensure:
Current CA driver's license and a good driving record for insurance purposes.
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Healthcare construction management.
Ability to work in a morgue or morgue setting and deal with related situations.
- Course in, inventory, economics.
- AutoCAD and REVIT (current version).
- Archibus FM.
- Experience with Primavera or eBuilder software.
