IT Training Program Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
• Associates degree (experience may substitute)
• 2+ years of experience in training delivery and coordination

Preferred education experience and skills:

• Healthcare Experience preferred
• Experience with project management.
• Experience in collaborating with various departments and teams within an organization 
• Story mining, planning, interviewing, writing various types of materials, development campaigns, editing 
• Budgeting, strategic planning, public speaking, collateral production, negotiation.
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to analyze vital information and multitask while remaining detail oriented and organized
• Demonstrates attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy.
• Strategic thinking
• Excellent written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective time management
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfort learning about and explaining complex issues 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of people
• Sound judgment and decision-making
• Exhibit a cooperative and team-oriented attitude
• Diplomacy (ability to effectively cultivate and maintain relationships)
