LVN Supervisor
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2 years of experience as an LVN and 1 year in a lead/supervisory capacity.
- Previous supervisory or program coordination experience preferred in surgery and/or oncology.
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care clinical setting.
- Experience performing lab test and processing lab and diagnostic study orders.
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Current and valid California LVN License
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred education experience and skills:
- IV Certification preferred
- Urology experience preferred
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in goal setting, budgeting, operation and human resource management.
- Ability to work effectively with department staff, physicians, clinicians, and patients.
- Must exhibit effective communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

Job Status: Full-time
Hours: Monday through Friday – 8am – 5pm
This LVN Supervisor will oversee Urology, Gynecologic Urology, GOS, general surgery, and Gynecologic Oncology staffing and services.
