Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or Science Degree or Bachelor Science in Respiratory Therapy (BSRT)
- 5 years of experience in related field, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Education from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Able to be clear and concise in both verbal and writer communication and service-oriented presentation. Skill set in crucial conversation and coaching/mentoring.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- BLS through the American Heart Association
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Masters in Business Administration or related field
- Adult Critical Care Certificate (ACCS)
- Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT)
- 5 + years clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy setting.
- 2 Years of supervisory/management experience.
- Has some experience with EKG, and some knowledge of hemodynamics.
