Manager, Pharmacy Operations (Orange County)

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D)
• Must have at least 3 years in hospital pharmacy with experience in leading or supervisory capacity.
• Must have a current CA Pharmacy License.

Preferred education experience and skills:

• ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency or additional training

• Specialty pharmacy and/or retail pharmacy experience. Led or provided key support for surveys from Joint Commission, California State Board of Pharmacy, California Department of Public Health

• Oncology setting in Hospital or Academic/Health System Infusion Center

• Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills
• Foster/promote a positive image and professional appearance
• Sensitivity to intercultural relations
• Excellent human relation skills
• Coordinate meetings
• Interview others
• Research information
• Alpha-Numeric filing
• Delegate tasks
