Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Operations Research, Public Health Administration, or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy, strategic planning, business development, health care consulting, or a combination of these experiences in health care or a related field plus 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity. Additional advanced education may substitute for minimum experience requirements.
- Strategic planning experience.
- Proven track record of operating in a matrixed environment and building relationships to achieve common goals.
- Experience with project management and or related principles including schedule development, status reporting and risk and issue management.
- Past responsibility for board- and executive-level reports and presentations
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master’s degree
