Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree as Nurse Practitioner
- 3 years clinical experience
Required Certification/Licensure:
- CA NP License
- CA NP Furnishing License within 6 months of hire
- DEA within 6 months of hire
- National NP Board Certification through accrediting body if in Wound Care
- BLS
