Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication, philanthropy, or related field.
- Experience can substitute for education.
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in change communications, talent development, human resources or related field in non-profit environment
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a complex medical or academic development setting encouraged.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills. This position requires travel, irregular hours and communication with volunteers outside regular business hours
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to develop project plans.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
