Operational Effectiveness Lead (Office of Philanthropy)

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication, philanthropy, or related field.
• Experience can substitute for education.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience in change communications, talent development, human resources or related field in non-profit environment

Preferred education experience and skills:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a complex medical or academic development setting encouraged. 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills. This position requires travel, irregular hours and communication with volunteers outside regular business hours
• Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to develop project plans.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
• Computer
• Ability to work well in team oriented atmosphere; and to lead/motivate high level donors and volunteers
