Concierge Service Liaison (Patient Liaison Special Services)

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
• Must have at least 3 years working in a hospital/healthcare, development, or similar role in concierge or patient special services environment.

Preferred education experience and skills:

• 3 years supervisory experience within an area requiring strong exercise of customer service experience/skills.
• Must have experience interacting collaboratively with medical personnel, and providing significant working knowledge of hospital/healthcare practices and procedures with regards to delivery of care.
• Project management
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent delegation skills. Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Communicates clearly, including articulating information effectively
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Exhibit a cooperative and team oriented attitude
• Diplomacy; ability to effectively cultivate and maintain relationships
• Foster and promote a positive image of COH
• Microsoft Office Suite
