Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
Minimum Education:
- High School or equivalent (Approved GED).
Minimum Experience:
- 0 to 1 year Patient facing healthcare or laboratory experience.
Req. Certification/Licensure:
- California Phlebotomy Technician License
- BLS Card from the American Heart Association
Preferred Education:
- Post High School Vocational / Specialized Training.
Preferred Courses/Training:
- Medical Terminology.
Pref. Certification/Licensure:
- National Phlebotomy Certification.
