Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of physician recruitment for hospitals and/or health systems, or minimum of 1 year with CPRP fellowship completion.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment in an academic health care environment, preferably working with senior leadership and/or physician leadership.
- Oncology and specialty physician recruiting experience is advantageous.
- Must have sourcing skills, including using data bases and social media.
- Excellent analytical, research, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience operating in a consultative or advisory capacity.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, and confidential issues.
Preferred Certification/Licensure:
- Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)
