Postdoctoral Fellow - Leukemia Cell Survival
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- A Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required;
- Experience in working with hematopoietic cells in tissue culture.
Preferred education, experience, and skills:
- Expertise in glycobiology is an advantage but not required.
- The location of the lab at the Monrovia Campus of the Beckman Research Institute within the Department of Systems Biology provides many opportunities to interact with others who study leukemias;
- The lab also has ongoing collaborations in the area of glycobiology with scientists at the Institute for Glycomics, Griffith University, Australia;
