Postdoctoral Fellow - Personalized Cancer Vaccine
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- A Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required;
- The candidate will ideally have considerable experience in the fields of immunology and cancer biology, and molecular biology;
- Qualified candidates should be highly motivated to pursue a career in the reproductive biology field and should have an established track record of success evidenced by first author publications;
- Must have a good command of the English language.
Expertise in at least one of the following areas is strongly recommended:
- Molecular Biology: molecular cloning, vector construction, lentiviral technology, PCR, qRT-PCR, protein biochemistry, and RNA synthesis.
- Immunology: Retro and lentiviral production and transduction, flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, cell culture, and T cell-killing assays.
- Animal work: xenograft and syngeneic tumor mouse models, blood and animal surgery, tail-vein injections, whole body imaging (IVIS), and breeding.
