Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Master’s prepared nurse. If bachelor’s degree is not in nursing, then Master’s in nursing required. If bachelor’s degree in nursing, then Master’s may be in related field.
- Five years nursing experience required – at least two years must be in oncology; at least two years in a leadership capacity.
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Current California RN license
- Current National certification (Oncology or Leadership are preferred certifications)
- Valid CA driver’s license
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Recruitment and retention activities (example: Recruitment and Retention Committee membership); experience with labor unions.
