Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or education.
- Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Diversity and Inclusion position (may include internship experience), preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
Preferred Education:
- Master’s degree, DDI certification, Achieve Global Certification
Preferred Field of Expertise:
- Human Resources Development, Organization Development or Industrial and/or Organizational Psychology
