Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
Minimum Experience:
- Two years of experience in business office and administrative analysis with skill at creating and utilizing tracking and controls systems.
- Experience in overseeing clerical and support staff
Preferred Courses/Training:
- LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt training, Design Thinking, courses in finance, economics or business law
Preferred Experience:
- Administrative support roles with contract involvement in demanding complex work environments, preferred healthcare or research facilities development, facilities management, or academic departments.
Skills/Abilities:
- Practices a high level of integrity, honesty and maturity.
- Maintains confidentiality
- Display tact/courtesy in dealing with vendors and COH employees under a variety of situations.
- Must exhibit clear written and oral communication, excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Capable of working independently, requiring little direction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Foster and promote a positive image and professional appearance
- Ability to understand basic planning, design and construction processes and working knowledge of database systems, contract and accounting processes Basic knowledge of construction accounting process and database programming skills. Analyze data

- Research and analyze information
