Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline. Extensive relevant experience may be substituted for minimum education requirements.
- 3+ years of recent related industry experience
- Microsoft (MS) Office365, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), MS TEAMs, PeopleSoft, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of Lucidchart, Visio, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master’s Degree
- PMP Certified
