Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Master’s degree in life sciences
- Five or more years of experience in a healthcare research setting including experience in budget development, grant applications, grants management, space management, and/or personnel management.
- At least three years’ experience in a scientific laboratory.
Preferred education experience and skills:
- PhD preferred
- Current knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CLIA) of CMS and the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Familiarity with FDA requirements would also be helpful.
- Success in obtaining peer-reviewed funding for research
