Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- BS in Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Experience may substitute for education requirements
- Demonstrated experience (four years) working as a project manager in a healthcare, architectural, or engineering environment.
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Current CA driver's license and a good driving record for insurance purposes, required
- Project Management
Preferred Certification/Licensure:
- AIA or professional engineering licensure, preferred
Preferred education experience and skills:
- In-depth knowledge of architectural or engineering design and trades. Knowledge in California healthcare construction and of JCAHO, ADA, and OSHPD standards
- Healthcare construction management
