Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of recent related industry experience

Preferred education experience and skills:

  • Healthcare project management experience is preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite and Adobe Pro
  • Demonstrated ability to see and mitigate risks preemptively
  • Strategic agility and ability to navigate through and work with different leadership styles
  • Ability to navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, within budget, quality and desired outcomes/metrics
  • Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
  • Superior project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Anticipates needs, responds quickly, provides guidance and support, monitors and follows up as required
  • Demonstrates high standards of personal excellence by continually seeking ways to improve performance and setting & working to achieve goals
