Quality Data Analyst - Enterprise (Remote role)

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Minimum Education: BA/BS in healthcare, business or IT related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum Experience: Three to five years of analytics related experience

Required Courses/Training:

• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Access. Experience with external comparative databases
• Experience with relational databases and SQL- table, view and stored procedure build and creation, manipulation and query design and creation. Quality checks and improvement.

Preferred education, experiences, certifications, courses and skills:

• Master’s degree preferred, healthcare clinical experience
• Statit, Microsoft Visual Studio, Business Objects, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau
• CPHQ, Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Fully capable of turning questions into testable hypotheses, extracting data from complex databases, creating and evaluating statistical models, and presenting insights to senior clinical and operational leaders
• Ability to exercise independence and use creative approaches to problem-solving.
• Experience in data visualization.
