Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with other departments.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with supervision
Software:
  • Ability to learn the telephone system and all its features.
  • Experience with on-line practice management system.
  • Knowledge of PC based software applications (e.g. Word for Windows, Excel, etc.). Type 35+ wpm required
Machines/Equipment:
  • Personal computer
  • Computer peripheral equipment
Working / Environmental Conditions:
  • Atmosphere and environment associated with an office setting. Smoke free environment.
  • Subject to regularly changing priorities or work assignments
Physical Demands:
  • Light physical effort
  • Mostly sedentary work
  • Occasional standing/walking
