QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred.
- 4 years of work experience
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master or PhD Degree in Applicable Field
- Bioinformatics Background in DNA RNA and scRNA pipelines
- Experience in Perl, Python, R, JavaScript
- Familiar with Bioconductor, Conda, CPAN and CRAN
- Experience with HPC schedulers (Slurm and Grid Engine)
- Experience with containers (Docker and Singularity)
- Experience with Ganglia and Naigos monitoring tools
