Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business-related field
- 5 years accounting / finance working experience
Master’s in Business Administration
Pref. Certification/Licensure:CPA
Preferred Experience:Health Care industry
Excel super-user, strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with the ability to identify issues and solve problems
Strong GAAP and Financial Statement knowledge
Detail oriented and organized
Able to prioritize and great time management
Able to work independently with little or no guidance
Desire to challenge status quo, promote continuous process improvement
Fast learner and adaptive to constantly changing business environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
