Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, diversity & inclusion, business management or education. Must have at least 7 years of experience in a Diversity and Inclusion position, preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a management/leadership role.
- Deep passion for the D&I space and working relationships with external agencies or community groups across the U.S.
- Proven experience in disruptive D&I models, strategies, and communications
- Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
- Excellent communications skills, including up-front platform skills
- Strong Project Management skillset; ability to demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder development skills
- Human Resources Development, Strategy Development, Organization Development or Industrial and/or Organizational Psychology
Preferred education experience and skills:
- Master’s degree
