Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE- Accredited School of Social Work
- Two years medical social work
- One-year oncology social work (Preferred)
Required Certification/Licensure:
- Active registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- CSW II must pass the LCSW exam within one year or be demoted to CSW I
- For pediatric service, CCS Panel provider or complete application within 60 days of hire
