Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field with competencies in data science, data analysis, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- 5+ years of experience with data analytics.
- Applicable experience developing and successfully implementing statistical models for data mining, predictive gratitude modeling, clustering, classification, decision tree models, neural networks.
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Spotfile, QlikView) required.
- Excellent understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and schemas and reporting architectures.
- Advanced experience designing, maintaining, and implementing aggregate OLAP data marts and cubes.
- Demonstrated proficiency with information systems such as Blackbaud CRM, AllScripts, EPIC, SalesForce, Peoplesoft HR, Peoplesoft EPR
