Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Must have a Master’s Degree
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in a helatcare setting with prior experience in one of the following: Consulting, integration, business development, physician relations, operations, project management.
- Must have experience demonstrating effective communication skills and interpersonal relation skills
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Must practice strategic thinking and analysis to package final deliverables
- Must have superior project management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Must Employ tact and discretion and is motivated, self-directed, confident and a self-starter.
- Must have strong ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred education experience and skills:
- MHA, MPH or MBA
- PMP Certification
- Lean Certification
Additional Information:
- Incumbent will be based in Orange County and frequently travel to Duarte or Irwindale locations. Timing will vary depending on project needs.
