Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- PhD degree in bioinformatics or equivalent and experience with NGS sequencing data.
- Demonstrated ability to solve biologically-relevant problems requiring using genomic data analysis.
- Ability to analyze data of high complexity by applying sound statistical and commonly accepted bioinformatics methods to -omics data with a collaborative project team.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Excellence in scripting languages (python, perl) and with R.
