Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- Three to five years experience in PC hardware/software support/deployment including peripherals in a high volume setting. Project management skills for large-scale deployments. General troubleshooting and experience with Local Area Networks required.
- A+ Certification, or equivalent certification relevant to PC support, with one year minimum experience.
- Current California Drivers License and a good driving record for insurance purposes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Answer telephones
- Document activities, maintain logs
- Input data into computer programs
- Troubleshoot problems
- Coordinate events
- Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Norton Utilities/Anti Virus/Ghost
- Remote access/control software
- Diagnostic software
- IE, Netscape
- PC/Printer equipment and peripherals
- Fax
- Hand and power tools
- Photocopier
- Audio Visual equipment
